1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website yerevanmobile.am and the purchase of goods from Yerevan Mobile LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Armenian Drams (֏) and include VAT. The price valid for your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Arca, Idram, MyAmeria, Telcell, Card МИР and 0% installment with partner banks. Card payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store full card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and costs are described on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging before signing the courier's confirmation.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return any unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened devices may be returned within 14 days if they are defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Warranty

All devices carry the official manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Damage caused by misuse, liquid, unauthorized repair or normal wear is not covered.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, images and texts on this website are the property of Yerevan Mobile LLC or their respective owners. Copying or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data. See the Privacy section for details on what we collect and how we use it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Yerevan.
